Anoushe Duarte

Anoushe Duarte Silveira is natural from Brasilia (capital of Brazil), journalist, post graduated indocumentary - with specialization in script.

 

She has texts published in newspapers, magazines

and diverse blogs (http://www.amigas-da-leitura.blogspot.com and http://www.recantodasletras.com.br).

She started painting about ten years ago, encouraged by her mother, who is a classical artist, and discovered the naïf technique inspired by the renowned naïf artist, Rocha Maia.

The artist has already exhibited in several Brazilian cities and abroad.
 

In 2016, the artist represented Brasilia at the 13th Biennale "Naïfs do Brasil" with the work "Velho Chico", which represents Rio San Francisco, from its source to its mouth.

 

In 2017, she participated in the first edition of the Circuit Café Culture, on the bridge of Rio de Janeiro and Geneva, and her painting "Piranhas" was awarded in Geneva by the popular jury.

 

In 2018, she was selected for the 14th edition of the Biennial "Naïfs do Brasil" with the piece "The part that you see".

 

In addition, this year she will participate in the XXII International Circuit of Brazilian Art in Rome, Vienna and Bratislava.
